Our palm sap is collected from hundreds of small, family owned farms in rural Cambodia.
The sap collection process is not harmful to the tree and is often practiced for over 50 years using the same palms.

Founded by 3 best friends, Akos White is run by a small team of rock climbers, trail runners, and triathletes that were looking for a better option.
